The Role
As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the wider retail team in driving sales performance and maintaining impeccable store standards. You’ll act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, building strong client relationships and creating a personalised luxury experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
* Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
* Drive sales through exceptional service, styling advice, and product knowledge
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
* Support the team in achieving store targets and KPIs
Store Operations
* Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
* Assist with stock management, deliveries, transfers, and inventory checks
* Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the store
* Ensure the shop floor reflects the premium nature of the brand at all times
Team Support
* Support the wider retail team in maintaining excellent service standards
* Assist with in-store events and client activations
* Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within premium or luxury retail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for styling, client service, and luxury fashion
* Commercial mindset with confidence driving sales
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A polished and professional presentation
