This company has specialised in the Flue sector for over 25 years and is known for its quality, innovation, and commitment to excellence. They are now looking for a Contracts Manager who will take full ownership of projects, from quotation through to delivery and invoicing.
You'll be based in the Bromsgrove office, with travel to customer sites across the UK. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing detailed quotations and project documentation, overseeing timelines and costs, and coordinating a skilled team of Mechanical Fitters.
This role would suit a Contracts or Project Manager with relevant industry experience, or a technically strong individual from the Flue industry looking to move into a more senior management position.
The Role:
1. Full contract lifecycle management
2. Preparing quotations and project documentation
3. Overseeing Mechanical Fitters and on-site activities
4. Liaising with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
5. Office-based with travel to client sites across the UK
6. Monday-Friday days-based role
The Person:
7. Experience in operations, project coordination, or contract management
8. Background in the Flue industry (or similar mechanical sectors)
9. Strong organisational and communication skills
10. Able to commute to the Bromsgrove/Redditch area
