Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Tonypandy (CF40)
Daily Rate: £110-£125 (depending on experience)
Are you a dedicated Cover Supervisor eager to deliver engaging lessons prepared by teachers? One of our partner schools in Tonypandy (CF40) is looking for a reliable and proactive professional to join their friendly and supportive team.
Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Oversee students as they complete lessons planned by the subject teacher
* Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and take registers accurately
* Maintain positive and calm classroom behaviour throughout the day
* Collaborate closely with school staff to support student learning
* Flexibly cover different subjects and departments as required
Who should apply?
We’re seeking candidates who:
* Have a solid grasp of key curriculum subjects
* Are patient, caring, and value building strong rapport with students
* Demonstrate confident behaviour management and classroom control
Experience with children is desired, but we welcome skills from other sectors.
Requirements:
Teaching Personnel supports candidates in obtaining:
* Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
* An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
* References covering the last two years of employment
