Annual salary of £53,550 (FTE) Permanent role Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working Frequent travel across the North West will be required Proposed Interview Date: W/C Monday 28th July 2025 The role As a Project Manager you will be required to lead on the procurement, development, management, and delivery of major project works to the Group’s portfolio of Redwing managed properties. You’ll be accountable for adherence to all legislation including Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and internal measures of success. You will be responsible for overseeing the complex day to day repairs to our portfolio, working closely with our wholly owned subsidiary. You will be managing a portfolio of project work which will be at various stages of delivery, from initial inspections, procurement, tendering, mobilisation, delivery, through to post-inspection. Major works will be underpinned with a robust approach to service delivery that offers the best value for money and outcomes for customers. The right fit A Building Surveying degree is essential. Being a member of relevant professional body such as RICS/CIOB is desirable. You must have strong technical understanding of building pathology and the most cost-effective and efficient methods of rectification. You’ll have extensive experience and understanding of procurement regulations and procurement methods and systems. The ability to understand technical specifications of works through a variety of methods such as drawings, plans, schedules of work, Auto CAD and make accurate mathematical calculations. Experience of maintaining accurate records on an asset management system or data base. Strong knowledge of health & safety and building regulations. Experience of managing contractors to successfully undertake major project works in complex residential buildings. Full UK driving license is essential.
