QSW-Looked After Children/UASC-£35ph-Hybrid
NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East of Yorkshire for an experienced Social Worker to join their Looked After Children’s team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with Children Looked After, ideally within Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers & will strive towards the best possible outcome for services users in their care.
This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseloads & diary from the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.

Some responsibilities of this role include ;
1. Completing assessments, visits & establishing care plans for those in need.
2. Identifying the needs of children in your care.
3. Liaison with relevant agencies & authorities to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.
4. Hold a caseload consistent of Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers

Requirements:
9. A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
10. A drivers license
11. An up to date DBS check
12. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Children’s Services, ideally working with Looked After Children or Children in Care.
