Our superb client, based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday. As Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:- Checking of customer applications, ensuring all relevant information is provided and complete. Production of documentation including quotes, renewals paperwork, generating reports and data for the management team. Dealing with electronic filing of documents Researching competitor pricing, analysing and providing feedback to senior management Processing of data onto company inhouse systems Dealing with telephone based and email customer queries Other ad hoc supporting administration for the team.
