Relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree. HND, BTec Professional Level 5 Award or equivalent NVQ Level 5 qualifications will be considered where proven vocational specialist experience can be demonstrated Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production Thorough knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes Working knowledge of Airbus and or Boeing systems and processes Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD Planning and prioritising activities Good communication and interpersonal skills Desirable Experience of leading a team Membership of an industry related professional body We reserve the right to enhance criteria on shortlisting.
