The school is now looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their Specialist Resource Base team, supporting children with a wide range of complex SEND needs within an inclusive mainstream setting.

The role
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider SEND team, you’ll support pupils both individually and in small groups, helping them access learning and achieve personalised progression targets.
The provision places children at the centre of everything it does, with a strong focus on communication, play-based learning, emotional wellbeing, and inclusive practice.
