We are seeking a dedicated Vintage Clothing Processor to join our team. This role involves a unique blend of fashion appreciation and technical skills, ideal for someone with a passion for vintage fashion and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting through our inventory of used and vintage clothing, ensuring each item meets our quality standards. Following the sorting process, the candidate will photograph the clothing using our in-house setup and then list these items across various online platforms to reach our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and Selection- Carefully sort through incoming shipments of used and vintage clothing, identifying items that meet our quality and style standards.
Photography- Photograph each selected item in a way that highlights its best features and adheres to our aesthetic guidelines.
Cataloging and Uploading - Write concise and appealing product descriptions and upload photographs and details to various online sales platforms.
Inventory Management - Organize and maintain the physical and digital inventory to ensure easy access and tracking of items.
Required Skills
Strong Eye for Fashion- Ability to identify and select high-quality and stylish vintage clothing.
Photography Skills -Basic photography skills with an understanding of lighting and composition.
Detail-Oriented- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of product listings and inventory records.
Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with digital technology, specifically online sales platforms like eBay and Vinted.
Time Management -Efficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 10 kg during the sorting process.
Additional Skills :
*A background in social media marketing or content creation would be a bonus*
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
