An opportunity has arisen for someone to join TSA Riley’s Quality & Risk Team in Croydon. Reporting to the Head of IMS for the UK, Ireland and Malaysia, the purpose of this role is predominantly to provide ISO standard support to the business.

We are seeking someone with previous knowledge and experience of ISO standards, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with numerous stakeholders.
The position will be based out of our Croydon office, with hybrid working available. We are open to considering applicants on a full-time or part-time basis for this role.
Essential Skills Required

Strong decision-making and planning skills with the ability to filter information and assess priorities to make informed decisions.
Software proficiency: MS Office suite with strong MS Word, Excel, Power BI, Teams and PowerPoint skills.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the (Global) Chief Risk Officer and Head of IMS (UK).
Assisting with the management and maintenance of multiple ISO standards in the UK.
Assisting the Quality & Risk Team with internal audit preparation and delivery.
Production and maintenance of ISO related data within Excel.
Preparation of reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Processing of legal documentation.
Sub-consultant appointment processing, maintenance and performance evaluation.
Maintenance of insurance validation from third parties.
Shared mailbox triage and maintenance.
Shared calendar maintenance.
Controlled/standard document creation, maintenance and version control.
Regional policy review and administration.
IMS induction scheduling and administration.
Meetings and training session scheduling and administration.
Preparation for external audit across multiple offices.
General administrative support to the team and wider business where required.
