As a content designer, you’ll create clear, accessible and user-focused content that helps residents find the information and services they need easily.
1. Work as part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team to design and publish content that solves real user problems.
2. Use research and evidence to shape content and test how well it works for users.
3. Collaborate closely with designers, developers and service teams to make sure content fits seamlessly into the user journey.
4. Make complex information simple and easy to understand, following accessibility and style standards.
5. Continuously review and improve content based on data, feedback and performance.
