We’re seeking a Level 2/3 IT Engineer with deep technical expertise, MSP experience, and a desire for solving complex challenges. Innovative Environment – Work with tools like Autotask, Salesforce, and Power Automate to streamline service delivery.

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for advanced technical support, service improvement, and end-to-end delivery of IT projects. You’ll also play a mentoring role and help shape internal processes and automation strategies.
Deliver advanced Level 2/3 support across hardware, software, networks, and firewalls.
Manage escalations and provide expert troubleshooting on Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualised environments.
Configure and maintain SonicWall firewalls, Hyper-V/VMware servers, and 3CX VoIP systems.
Apply ITIL practices to deliver incident, problem, and change management.
Project Delivery
Lead projects including cloud migrations (Azure, O365), hardware rollouts, and network upgrades.
Provide technical documentation and post-project reviews.
Coach junior engineers and contribute to team training sessions.
Help shape KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in Autotask, Salesforce, and 3CX VoIP.
~ Windows Server, Office 365, Azure
~ SonicWall firewall configuration
~ Experience with workflow and billing setups in Autotask and Salesforce.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or ConnectWise.
ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
