Nursery Practitioner
Hours: Flexible – Full Time or Part Time (choose your own hours)
Pay: £12.71 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: September or sooner if possible
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established early years setting with a strong Ofsted rating. The nursery is known for its nurturing environment, supportive leadership, and child-centred approach, where every child is encouraged to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Planning and leading engaging play-based activities, both indoors and outdoors
Encouraging learning through structured and free play sessions
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring inclusive practice and individualised care
Promoting a safe, stimulating, and positive environment for all children
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children’s progress where requiredRequirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred (or equivalent)
Passionate about working with children in early years settings
Knowledge or experience supporting SEN (desirable but not essential)
