About this Role
Support Practitioner – part‑time (24 or 30 hours per week) – permanent basis. Supports adults with various needs in shared homes, covering personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework, medication, and leisure activities such as music, films, arts & crafts, cinema, discos, and day trips.
Responsibilities
* Provide everyday support to individuals, helping with personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.
* Assist with hobbies and interests, including music, films, in‑house activities, baking, walks, arts & crafts and social outings.
* Work collaboratively within a dedicated team to deliver personalised care plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Compassionate and caring attitude.

* Creative drive to improve lives of those supported.
* Confidence in using computers.
* No prior experience required; training, including SVQ and SSSC registration, will be funded.
Shift Patterns
* Early mornings, days, evenings, waking nights, weekends and public holidays.
* Waking nights paid at normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 per night.
