Lead revit mep coordinator

Our client, a highly regarded Building Services Engineering consultancy, is looking for a Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in MEP coordination to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, building services models for a range of complex commercial, education, healthcare and education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead MEP coordination, ensuring clash-free integration across projects.
* Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.
* Collaborate with design teams to create coordinated layouts and models.
* Act as primary BIM contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentor junior technicians and support team development.
* Contribute to BIM standards and workflows.
* Prepare project drawings, schedules, and documentation.
* Attend meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants.

Key Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in Revit MEP coordination within building services.
2. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
4. Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Familiar with BIM standards (PAS 1192, ISO 19650).
