Your Impact (Varied & High-Autonomy Remit):
Lead full site/section delivery: safety, H&S, environment, quality, programme, resources, commercial/contractual
UK-wide travel (flexible projects) – own programme comms, subcontractor meetings, risk logs, progress reports
Drive compliance with CDM regs, SHEQ policies; manage logistics plans, daily diaries, variations
Resource planning for safe, on-time delivery; keep leadership looped on commercial shifts
Must-Haves:
BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering (or equiv.)
Proven Site Agent experience (managing site/section)
Willingness to travel
Bonus Points:
Marine/flood defence project exposure
