As the PA to the Head Teacher, you’ll be at the centre of school life—supporting senior leadership, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head Teacher
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and confidential information with discretion
• Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team
• Support school operations and ensure efficient day-to-day coordination
Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as a PA or Administrator, ideally within a school or education setting
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Professional, personable, and confident in communication
