Salary: £30,000 + profit-share bonus
Hours: 38-hour contract and daytime hours

What youll be doing:
Leading the kitchen in a lively, community-focused play centre
Creating fresh, nutritious menus that appeal to children and adults alike
Supporting a programme of events, from birthday parties to seasonal celebrations
Managing stock, budgets and ordering with confidence
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are exceptional
Inspiring and training your team to deliver warm, welcoming service every day
Supporting team members across both front and back of house operations.
What were looking for:
Experience as a Chef Manager or similar leadership role
Passion for fresh food, family dining and community-led catering
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle busy event days
Knowledge of dietary needs, allergens and nutritional requirements
A calm, positive leader who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
Solid IT and financial management abilities
