This role is ideally suited to a Senior Building Surveyor with prior experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, looking to work in a flexible, supportive team with strong routes to progression. APC support is available for those working towards chartership.

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
* Delivering a range of building surveying services across residential (60%) and commercial (40%) projects
* Leading small to medium-sized construction and refurbishment schemes
* Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and managing contracts (JCT and NEC)
* Conducting building and condition surveys, defect analysis, and dilapidations
* Providing professional services including party wall matters and statutory applications
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across sectors
* Working independently and collaboratively on varied assignments across the South East
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or similar
* Previous consultancy or client-side experience required
* Proven experience delivering both project and professional surveying services
* Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region
