Key responsibilities of your role as Reception Manager:
* Supervise the daily operation of the bar and the duties of all Barstaff. Work alongside the Bar Manager in daily operations.
* Assist in training all employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills for maximum efficiency.
* Be fully aware of current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights, and measures applicable to the restaurant.
* Monitor standards and supply of all restaurant equipment, informing management of needs.
* Conduct and contribute to regular departmental meetings.
* Adhere to cleaning checklists and opening/closing procedures, ensuring staff awareness and completion.
* Ensure closing duties are carried out when the manager is absent from the floor.
About you:
* You have 2+ years experience in this position.
* Solution-driven, able to work under pressure during peak times.
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service.
* You have excellent English language skills.
* You are friendly, professional, charismatic, and flairful.
