* Assist residents with personal care (Bathing, dressing, toileting) in line with individual care plans.
* Support mobility and transfers safely, using appropriate equipment where required.
* Promote dignity, choice, and independence while respecting residents' rights.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
* Encourage engagement in recreational and social activities to enhance residents' wellbeing.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents following health and safety principles and risk assessments.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team.
* Document care provided and report any changes in residents' health or wellbeing to senior staff.
Requirements:
* UK Care experience
* Valid Right to Work in the UK
* CV covering 10 years work history
* PVG Update required through ASA
* Registration with the SSSC
* Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
* Flexibility to be able to cover Days, Nights and Weekends
