Join Twinkl, a fast-growing and dynamic business, and take on an exciting role where you can make a meaningful impact in education. We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our B2B sales team, covering the UK&I market. You will be responsible for driving growth by selling Twinkl’s memberships and products to schools and key strategic organizations, such as Multi-Academy Trusts. This role requires you to stay up to date with the UK&I education system, curriculum developments, and competitors to effectively position Twinkl’s products. Your primary focus will be on identifying and reaching out to senior educational leaders, including:
* Headteachers
* MAT leaders, Senior Leadership Teams, and CEOs
* Subject leaders
Responsibilities
* Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
* Convert inbound leads into customers.
* Promote Twinkl’s products and services, clearly explaining their benefits to educators.
* Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
* Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot).
* Collaborate with the wider Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Data teams to develop and implement strategies for increased sales.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and a results-driven professional with a passion for education and sales.
Experience & Requirements
* Sales experience, ideally within education or EdTech.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
* Knowledge of the UK&I education system and passion for staying up to date with curriculum developments.
* Results-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
