FAT Karting League is disrupting the entire sport by creating a pathway from karting to Formula 1. We’re building a worldwide movement that removes barriers to entry, eliminates 95 % of traditional costs, and redefines racing culture for a new generation. With plans to expand to 50+ markets in the next five years, we’re moving fast and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who shares our ambition.
What You’ll Do
* Design and run high‑impact ad campaigns across Meta, Google, email sequences, influencers, and partnerships to fill grids and grow the community.
* Own and optimise the customer funnel, driving improvements in conversion from awareness through to ticket sales and season‑pass renewals.
* Develop scalable growth playbooks that create repeatable success for hub launches, customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
* Lead on data and reporting – define key metrics, monitor performance, and provide insights that drive decisions.
* Support hub growth by working with local teams to launch new hubs, providing them with the tools, campaigns, and support to succeed.
* Work cross‑functionally with product, operations, and brand marketing to align growth initiatives with brand storytelling.
Why This Role?
* Work at the intersection of sport, culture, and brand‑building.
* Run campaigns that determine how fast FAT Karting scales worldwide.
* Be mentored by industry leaders such as Rob Smedley, former Ferrari F1 engineer, and Ferdi Porsche, CEO of FAT International.
* Enjoy a front‑row seat at Upper Heyford’s main hub where karts are designed and drivers are made.
* See immediate impact as we grow from 3 to 15+ hubs across multiple markets in the next 18 months.
* Fast‑track career upside – this role is built to evolve into Head of Growth as we scale.
* Join a young, hungry team rewriting motorsport for a new generation. Action > ego, always.
What You Bring – Essentials
* 2–3 years of growth, digital, or performance marketing at a fast‑paced consumer brand, event company, or agency.
* Proof you can run paid campaigns that deliver ROI.
* Strong grasp of funnel optimisation and CRM/email marketing (HubSpot experience is a plus).
* Creative, content‑savvy mindset: you know how to create ads that perform on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
* Analytical and data‑driven, comfortable turning performance into insights and insights into action.
* Self‑starter energy, entrepreneurial hunger, and excitement to be on the ground floor of something massive.
* Ability to work at least 3 days a week in our Oxfordshire office.
* Willingness to travel ad hoc to our events in the UK and beyond.
