Senior Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Country House Hotel
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry team within a unique luxury hotel set on a 400-acre estate in Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly seasonal environment, where much of the produce is sourced directly from the on-site kitchen garden. The pastry team creates desserts that reflect the seasons, showcasing fruits, herbs and ingredients grown on the estate.
As Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will support the senior team in delivering high-quality desserts across the restaurant, afternoon tea and wider hotel offering, working with exceptional ingredients and a creative, collaborative approach.

The Role
The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for:
Preparing and delivering high-quality desserts for the restaurant and service
Producing fresh cakes and pastries for afternoon tea and breakfast
Supporting the production of breads, ice creams and room service items
Maintaining consistency and high standards across all pastry sections
Working closely with seasonal ingredients from the estate and adapting to menu changes
The Person
The successful Senior Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
A passion for pastry and seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
Experience within a premium or fine dining environment
A keen eye for detail and presentation
The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
