Administration and Business Support – Mayflower Care Home
Contract: Part Time
Salary: £12.75 Per Hour
Shift Type: Weekends
Contracted hours: 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)
Mayflower Care Home is a modern, purpose‑built specialist dementia care home in Northfleet, near Gravesend. It provides secure, compassionate residential, nursing, palliative and short‑term care for residents living with all levels of dementia, supported by a dedicated, professional team committed to person‑centred care.

What You’ll Do
* Payroll and Contracts: Manage employee payroll data and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Schedule Master: Assist in arranging and coordinating staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations.
* Frontline Communication: Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
* Update and Inform: Keep notice boards up to date with relevant information and announcements.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operational team to ensure that tasks and repairs are completed efficiently.
* Meeting Minutes: Take detailed notes during meetings to capture key points and action items.
* Office Duties: Perform general office tasks to support daily operations and keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: GCSE English Language is essential.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in spreadsheets, Microsoft Word/Works, Excel, Access, and email communications.
