An exciting role is available for an experienced Property Manager to join the Retail Property Management team. This position offers the chance to manage high-quality assets including mixed use estates, retail parks, and shopping centres.
The team comprises around 60 professionals, supported by a dedicated function for the surveying group. Our mandates span mixed-use estates, retail parks, and shopping centres. We are a dynamic, forward-looking team committed to delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will work closely with Lead Directors across a portfolio of shopping centres and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client/property transitions with a hands-on approach to property and asset management.
* Conduct regular inspections and ensure accurate lease data is maintained in the management system.
* Prepare financial and client reports, including meeting data, minutes, and follow-up actions.
* Review and approve service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines, monitor cash flow, reconciliations, and oversee arrears collection.
* Approve invoices, ensuring correct coding and alignment with budgets.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling, commercialization, and additional client services.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and keep clients informed of opportunities and risks.
* Build strong relationships with clients, retailers, and internal teams through meetings and collaboration.
* Lead and develop on-site teams, while mentoring junior staff and supporting personnel reviews.
* Deputise for senior colleagues when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Desirable for the candidate to have experience within Shopping Centre Management.
* Experience in Property Management, Assistant Property Management, open to Property Administration experience.
* High attention to detail, well organised, and able to show good initiative.
* Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills, trust, and credibility.
* Professional and articulate, with persuasive communication, good telephone manner, and clear report writing.
* Financial and commercial acumen, including cost management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
* Understanding of client care principles, lease maintenance, and property accounting.
