The Role Manage a caseload of 15-20 adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism Work with individuals who may also have dual diagnosis with mental health Complete Section 42 safeguarding enquiries Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies The Team You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team with: Strong peer support Shadowing opportunities Group supervision A positive learning culture Additional Information Hybrid working Travel expenses covered (excluding mileage to office) Parking for visits provided Car driver required ?
