Legal Counsel (Data, Digital & Privacy)
Up to £85,000 + bonus
2 days/week in office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex
A multinational healthcare business, with a growing focus on healthtech, are hiring for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team to focus on Digital, Data and Privacy.
Responsibilities
* Provide legal support on a variety of projects relating to digital, data and privacy initiatives
* Act as the main point of contact from the legal team on cross-functional projects
* Draft, review & negotiate commercial agreements
* Horizon scanning to keep abreast of relevant legal & regulatory developments across the UK and EU
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor - flexible on PQE
* Experience advising on cross-functional legal projects
* Prior experience relating to health, pharma, biotech or technology is advantageous
