Main Responsibilities
* Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.
* Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources.
* Provide internal support for Commercial Team.
* Co‑ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding.
* Maintain and update customer records.
* Deal efficiently with customer complaints.
* Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
* Collating and generating internal production requirements.
* Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.
* Collate weekly reports using Excel to support business requirements.
* To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
* Being mindful that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing at work is everyone’s responsibility.
* Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.
* Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
* Attend customer off‑site visits when necessary.
* Liase with multiple supply chain stakeholders.
