Key Responsibilities:
*
Supervising all lifting operations on site in accordance with the lifting plan
*
Ensuring lifts are carried out safely and efficiently
*
Coordinating with crane operators, slingers, and site management
*
Carrying out pre-lift briefings and ensuring all personnel involved understand the lift plan
*
Monitoring site conditions and stopping lifts if unsafe conditions arise
*
Ensuring all lifting equipment is used correctly and in compliance with site safety regulations
Requirements:
*
Valid Blue CPCS Crane Supervisor card
*
Safety Critical Medical
*
Proven experience working as a Crane Supervisor on construction sites
*
Strong understanding of lifting operations and health & safety procedures
*
Good communication and leadership skills
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to start on the specified date
