YOUR TASKS: PASSION UNITES US!
* Ownership of Marketing Plans for several focus countries: Preparation + Execution
* Marketing plans consist mainly of Promotions, Events and Product/Customer Launches
* Marketing Plans to be designed around key Sales & Marketing Targets for the company
* Marketing budget planning & tracking together with sales
* Coordination of agencies (Public Relations, Social Media, Media agencies, etc.)
* Conception and analysis of sell-in & sell-out promotions and product bundles
* Planning + Onsite support for Events: Trade Fairs and (top-level) Motorsport events
* Planning and execution of target group-oriented customer communication and contribution to the regular newsletter
* Active coordination and support of strategic market launches (e.g. product, customer, etc.)
* Conception of information material (brochures, flyers, digital information materials)Organization & participation in events such as MotoGP, WSBK, Goodwood Revival, etc.
* Management of the MOTUL POSM portfolio (Portfolio design, PIM, Liaise with local Marketing teams, Supply and Sales)
* Coordination of the MOTUL Marketing Support tool for customers; DMP (Digital Marketing Platform)
* Close cooperation with the various sales functions of the export regions, as well as other departments (including Procurement, Customer Service, Technical and Logistics)
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
* Degree in business administration, marketing or similar. Alternatively: training in wholesale, marketing or similar.
* Several years of international experience in the B2B trading environment, ideally in the automotive aftermarket. Additional experience in the B2C trading environment is desirable.
* Very good communication and organizational skills.
* Team player with the necessary assertiveness and strong ownership
* Very good knowledge of the MS Office (Especially Excel) and project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.)
* Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP is helpful
* English main language for the job: written & spoken / German written & spoken would be helpful
* Traveling within Europe is part of the role
