Residential Support Worker (Children’s EBD) | Slough, Berkshire
£12.50 per hour | 0–24 hours (Permanent – hours can increase following successful probation and appraisal)
We are currently recruiting for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a supportive children’s home caring for young people (10–17) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a 3-bed home, offering a nurturing environment focused on stability, positive relationships and personal development.
Shift Pattern:
12-hour shifts available (days and nights)
The Role:
* Supporting young people with daily routines and independent living skills
* Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
* Building trusting, professional relationships
* Ensuring safeguarding and high standards of care at all times
About You:
* Experience in residential childcare
* Or strong transferable skills (e.g. care, education, support work)
* Resilient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
