We are recruiting a full-time Customer Care Manager to join the Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea team who will help deliver the gold standard of care to our customers across our area.
You will join our triple CQC outstanding service that helps support people live independently in their own homes across central London. Our office is based on Ashmill Street, NW1.
You will be expected to travel within our territory for spot checks and customer assessments.
We’re looking for an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys empowering and supporting others.
As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of central London’s finest domiciliary care services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants. You will conduct pre-assessments for new customers, ensuring their care plan and all associated risk assessments are perfectly tailored to their needs.
You can expect:
