Capital Childrens Care LTD has six residential children's homes with EBD and LD children and we are looking for an HR and Recruitment Manager to join our dedicated company in Essex.
Location: Chigwell, Essex (Office-based)
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 with a view to increase on passing probation period.

Your Role
As our Office-based HR and Recruitment Manager, you'll be at the heart of our people operations—supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring all processes align with company policies and employment law.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
* Support performance management and training initiatives
* Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
* Collaborate on employee engagement and wellbeing projects
* Hold investigation/disciplinary meetings
* Ensure all relevant documentation is being completed and sent out
* Manage the recruitment process for all staff.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR support role (1–2 years preferred)
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is a plus
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Discreet, professional, and people-focused approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office
* Must be able to work full-time from our Essex office
