Overview
As IT and Process Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee and maintain all IT systems, hardware, and software across office and site locations.
* Manage IT support for staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
* Lead the implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
* Implement digital solutions to enhance productivity and standardisation.
* Monitor and report on non-conformance of standardised procedures.
* Ensure data security, backup systems, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
* Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures tailored to the construction environment.
* Support team members with in-house training on IT systems and procedures.
Candidates must:
* Have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.
* Have knowledge of Windows based IT systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
* Be an effective communicator with the ability to train and mentor internal staff.
* Have a practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
