You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that human capabilities and limitations are considered throughout the engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support Human Factors Integration (HFI) across project phases Contribute to task analysis, workload assessments, and usability reviews Ensure compliance with defence standards and safety requirements Work closely with engineering and safety teams to influence system design Requirements: Background in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or similar Experience in defence, nuclear, or other safety-critical environments Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g. Def Stan 00-250) Strong stakeholder communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major UK defence programme with a long-term contracting outlook.
