With a solid understanding of gas repair, installation, and renewable energy systems, you provide critical technical advice and oversight. You are committed to maintaining and advancing your professional qualifications, and you are capable of managing project contracts up to £50,000 under supervision. What the job involves In this role, you will provide technical oversight and quality assurance across various programmes involving domestic gas systems. Your responsibilities include auditing and inspecting gas repairs and installations, advising on boiler services and heating systems, conducting surveys and inspections, and producing feasibility studies for asset investment. You will act as a Contract Administrator for small projects, collaborating with the Compliance Delivery Officer and the Compliance & M&E Manager to review and update maintenance and inspection programmes. Additionally, you will ensure your qualifications are up-to-date as required to fulfill the Council's statutory duties.
