A high end, prestigious manufacturing and installation business are seeking a proven customer care professional with strong administration skills to support their after-care team
Key Duties include:
1. Answering in-bound calls from customers who have recently had their products installed into their homes, discussing any snagging issues, such as faulty products or scratches/issues with the goods
2. Fact-finding into if it’s a valid warranty issue
3. Maintaining the in-house tracking system with any customer queries and updates
4. Liaising with the internal remedial teams, the factory and purchasing colleagues to organise maintenance staff to rectify issue, whilst ensuring equipment is at site prior to installation taking place
5. Undertaking all other administrative duties, as and when required
