Your key responsibilities will include: Championing exceptional customer service and ensuring our service standards are consistently exceeded. Leading, motivating and developing a talented sales team, cultivating a culture of growth, engagement and excellence. Overseeing store operations, ensuring impeccable presentation, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency. Analysing and reporting on KPIs and trade performance, communicating insights to the executive team and wider business. Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial and cultural success.
