As part of their continued growth, the organisation is seeking a passionate and hands on Marketing Manager to lead communications and brand strategy. You will be the driving force behind campaigns that raise awareness of services, celebrate success stories and strengthen relationships with local authorities, families and wider stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing…
* Developing and delivering a multi channel marketing and communications strategy
* Creating engaging content across newsletters, social media, video, print and digital platforms
* Managing and growing the organisation’s online presence, including website and social media
* Coordinating press and PR activity, including writing press releases and managing media contacts
* Organising events and community engagement opportunities to raise brand visibility
What We’re Looking For…
* 3–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related field
* Strong digital content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing
* Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to delivery across multiple channels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced, purpose driven environment
