As we continue to support major infrastructure projects across the UK, we are recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our recruitment and compliance activity.

This role offers exposure to all aspects of recruitment administration and compliance, with structured support and clear routes to progress.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will:
* Complete and maintain accurate registration and application data
* Load, code and advertise roles, supporting targeted candidate outreach
* Support recruiters by reviewing applications and flagging suitable candidates
* Manage candidate registrations through social channels and inboxes, directing enquiries to the right teams
* Carry out job board administration and CV-building sessions with candidates
* Support recruitment and compliance processes, ensuring documentation and records are completed correctly
* Assist with payroll and hours administration
To be considered for the Recruitment Administrator role you will:
* Be proficient in MS Office, Outlook and database systems
* Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
* Be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and candidates
* Have strong organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication
* Bring a flexible, proactive approach suited to a fast-paced environment
* Be keen to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
