About the Role
The RAC is the UK's leading breakdown service provider, powered by a team of 4,000 'orange heroes' delivering top-notch motoring services for both private and business drivers. Our unprecedented growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team.
Your Responsibilities
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will:
* Handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, showcasing your technical expertise.
* Provide exceptional face-to-face service to our members.
* Utilize the latest vehicle technology with support from our technical team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
