MCS Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's leading employers in the Belfast area.

The Role:
As the successful Finance Manager you will report directly to the CEO:
* Manage a small team of finance professionals including a qualified accountant;
* Ensure all financial controls are in place;
* Take control of the financial reporting for the company;
* Provide the financial strategy for the business;
* Support the careful monitoring and management of working capital;
* Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
The Person:
The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
* Experience in a senior finance position;
* Strong stakeholder management experience;
* Strong commercial acumen.
