Senior Group Finance Manager – London
An established international investment management business is looking to appoint a senior finance professional to lead UK financial reporting, operational finance and regulatory oversight across a complex multi-entity structure.
This is a broad leadership role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, board-level reporting and European group finance activities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Ownership of UK financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP
* Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
* Oversight of FCA regulatory reporting and statutory compliance
* Leading audits and managing external stakeholders
* Balance sheet governance and intercompany controls
* Oversight of tax, VAT and treasury-related activities
* Supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
* Responsibility for co-investment and complex accounting areas
* Leadership and development of the UK finance team
* Involvement in European consolidation and group finance projects
The role requires:
✔ ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
✔ Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge
✔ Financial services, Real estate, asset management or regulated industry experience
✔ Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience within complex multi-entity environments
✔ Strong controls and reporting mindset
Exposure to regulated entities, consolidation systems and board-level reporting would be highly advantageous.
