Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer based in Lutterworth, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for material handling equipment, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing troubleshooting, and carrying out preventive maintenance. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the equipment’s performance. You will work closely with the technical and sales teams, contributing to service improvements and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
* Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
* Strong Customer Service skills to deliver professional communication and build strong client relationships.
* Ability to work independently and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
* Technical qualifications in engineering or a related field preferred.
