About the role:

The ideal candidate specialises in presentation design working on creating slides, templates, animations, and infographics for presentations. A graphic designer might use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or PowerPoint to create and edit graphics.
Key duties:
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Managing Director to understand projects creating designs and decks for both new and existing clients. This role is essential in producing a wide range of designs, ensuring that they all align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies
· Manage the complete design process from start to finish
· Highly creative with a great eye for design, product, illustration and typography
· Create engraving production artwork using software
· Design and Create packaging artwork
· Create visual concepts and designs for presenting to clients
· Experienced in using relevant design software packages, Adobe, Photoshop etc.
· Work with a production manager to aid smooth manufacturing of products.
· Work with clients during set-up and ongoing projects
· Present designs to directors for feedback and amends.
· Follow client brand guidelines to ensure all designs and presentations are correct
· High attention to detail & strong commercial awareness
· Great organisation and time management skills
· Strong team player
· Experience working from concept through to the artwork process
· Taking design projects from initial briefing stage through to print ready artwork
Person Specification:
· A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of visual design, interaction design and product thinking skills
· Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
· Experience working in a technical environment
· Excellent IT skills – competent knowledge of any CAD packages and Adobe creative suite
· Be forward thinking with new product and design ideas
· Passion for sports
Additional Requirements
· Engraving process knowledge would be an advantage although full product training will be given
· An understanding of current material trends
