Personal Assistant \n Northampton (NN3)\nFull-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday\n £30 - 35,000 plus company bonus\n Permanent\n\nPosition Overview\n\nOur client is seeking a highly responsive and organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent organisation and administrative skills, capable of managing relationships and dealing with a range of stakeholders. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage a wide array of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency, this could be the perfect role for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and prioritise emails, correspondence, and phone communications.\nCoordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle last-minute changes.\nTake accurate meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups and action tracking.\nOrganise and coordinate customer sample deliveries and presentations.\nSupport with document preparation, reports, and internal communications.\nProvide ad hoc administration support to the sales team\nLiaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.\nSupport the Directors with ad hoc projects\nMaintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.\n Key Requirements\n\nProven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar support role.\nExcellent organisational and multitasking skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nFlexible, responsive, and capable of working independently.\nExperience supporting senior leadership or in a fast-paced business environment is a plus. \n\nWhat We Offer\n\nA supportive and collaborative workplace culture.\nCompetitive salary and benefits\nCompany bonus\nFree lunch once a month\nHybrid working following probation (2 days per week)\nCore hours: 7am - 3.30pm but can be flexible for a slightly later start
