The successful candidate will form an integral part of the School's office team, supporting with the daily running of reception and other key school functions between 08:00-14:00 Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members. * Maintain accurate student records and databases using school management systems. * Utilise various school systems for effective communication. * Assist in coordinating school events and activities. * Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. * Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the smooth functioning of the school.
