£50,000 – £60,000 DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (payable as two payments of £2,500 each after completing one month and at the end of probation). T&C's apply.

Responsibilities
* Manage the in‑house Clinical Team at Red Kite School, working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Clinically lead the team while holding a therapeutic caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need – including autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional & mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Target‑led delivery of EHCP plans through the OFG ‘all’, ‘group’ and ‘individual’ clinical ways of working.
* Coordinate line management of team members and lead service development of the school‑based service with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Maintain a person‑centred, empowering approach, uphold safeguarding standards and involve pupils in decisions that affect them.
Essential Criteria
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Valid and up‑to‑date professional registration & membership of a professional body (e.g. BPS).
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service.
* Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services in the designated specialty (preferred).
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
