About the apprenticeship
Duties
Respond to helpdesk queries and provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of ICT equipment.
Support the ICT team in managing user accounts and permissions.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Help with inventory management of ICT assets.
Learn and apply best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
Participate in training and development activities as part of the Apprenticeship.

Welsh speaker/writer desirable, but not essential.

GCSE Maths, English, ICT
